Important information
Please note that a mandatory final cleaning fee of € 40 is not included in the rate of the apartments and is payable directly on site. For the Luxury One-Bedroom Apartment, the fee is € 60.
The deposit is a security guarantee and will be immediately transferred to your credit card after check-out, provided the apartment was left in a proper state. Please note that the apartments are strictly non-smoking. Non-compliance leads to a substantial cleaning fee.
Guests are kindly requested to inform Towns Apartments about their arrival time at least 2 days before arrival by telephone, e-mail, or fax. If possible, the flight or train number should be included.
